Whimsical Vintage Wedding Inspiration
We are starting this week with a bright and cheerful wedding full of great details! Amanda and Matt wanted “whimsical vintage wedding” feel. Based on that inspiration, they put everything together with the help of family and friends! We especially love the bottles and jars half covered in gold glitter, and those bright orange ranunculus are definitely a mood-lifter.
Thanks to Paige Newton Photography for capturing this wonderful wedding.
Advice for Future Brides
“My advice is to embrace and love this time! It’s so special. Don’t get too caught up in details because in the end it is all perfect anyway! Take all the help you can get and roll with it. It’s amazing when you let people in how special their touches can be to the final look.”
Favorite Wedding Moment
“Can the whole day be my favorite?!? Probably walking into our reception as husband and wife with everybody we love the most surrounding us. I don’t think it gets much better than that!”
“My family and I handmade EVERYTHING. It all became so special to me by the end of the process. I do love some of the burlap runners that were made. My aunt, grandmother, and mom’s friend each put their own touch; something that was special- my Grandma put old lace that she had of hers and lace of my other grandmother (who has passed) on the runner and it was so special to have! A friend of mine made all the cake stands with vintage dishes!”
Meredith
Despite her dreamy wedding blogger lifestyle, Meredith's day job is running ClassicVeils.com and a full-time mom to an active toddler. If she could, Meredith would spend her days taking cruises, helping animals in need, and watching Big Brother!
This venue looks awesome!! I want to shoot here so bad!!
Love all that glorious color!
I just love the pops of orange and yellow against the rustic neutrals. Elegant and relaxed but still fun!
I’m loving all the colors in this wedding!
