Intimate Maui Wedding at Olowalu Plantation House
We are huge fans of having a small private wedding with just your family and closest friends. We don’t know if that is what drew us to this intimate Maui wedding or if it was the sunny weather of Hawaii in general. Either way we LOVE it! The table setting is gorgeous, the scenery is amazing, and the colors are some of our favorites!
From the coordinator: “The wedding venue was a perfect choice for their vision and style – island vintage romance. Maui is a special place for Scott as he grew up coming to Maui for family vacations. Guests were greeted with fresh raspberry ice tea and bright pink fans as they gathered to witness Scott and Shauna’s exchange of vows. The ceremony was performed by the family’s Maui pastor whose services they attended while vacationing on the island. Sweet Island Melodies were played on a Ukulele in the background setting the tone of the evening.”
The guests sat together at a big “U” shaped table for a family style feast. All the little simple touches of vintage romance were so sweet. Guests wrote on vintage Hawaiian post cards in lieu of a guest book and vintage glass soda bottles were filled with bright pops of garden style flowers. It was a glorious event that couldn’t have happened without an amazing team of vendors who made a magical day a seamless event.
