Whimsical Animal Styled Shoot
We like quirky and fun weddings which is exactly what this style shoot is!
Here is what Sarah of The Stationery Bakery has to say about it: “The styling was a team effort between myself and the talented ladies of Sweet Sunday Events out of Georgetown, Texas. The inspiration came from quirky yet beautiful animal illustration and print design combined with bold abstract paintings. We wanted to create an environment decked out with hand painted details and adorned with beautifully made animals.”
“The paper backdrop that hangs from the ceiling is made of rolls of paper and painted with layers of jewel tone colors. One of the hanging pieces is hand stamped with a gold swan pattern. The table cloth was also painted with layers of jewel toned colors. In order to create a truly whimsical setting, I created animals out of water color paper and gouache, and ink. The swan sign hanging over the dinner table was also made from water color paper and hand lettered in gouache.”
“The floral vase was made by Katy of Sweet Sunday Events using a duck sculpture and a box. Other details created by Sweet Sunday Events include the floral arrangements, and the paper chains.”
