We have witnessed many great engagement shoots this year with eye-catching backdrops and props. I think the ones that stand out the most for me, are engagement sessions that take place at the carnival! Remember the Dapper Day Inspired Engagement Shoot back in July? It’s probably one of my favs, with today’s session following close behind.
A day at the country fair brings back good memories – a hot summer day on a first date, where you are nervous, shy, and on your best behavior. But by the end of the date, you have both filled up on snow cones and sugary donuts. You have warmed up to each other, laughed, and gone on lots of fun rides. Okay, perhaps the fair isn’t where you had a first date, nonetheless, it definitely is a date-worthy destination.
Clearly, from these photos, the fair (Ocean Drive Pavilion Amusement Park) is an even better back drop for an engagement shoot!
Craig and Lindsey met on December 27, 2007 at a holiday gathering at a mutual friend’s house. Shortly after Lindsey and Craig met in December, he enrolled at Mount Olive College, while Lindsey was a senior at East Rowan. Through the years to come and establish their careers, they continued to hold a place for the other in each other’s heart.
On March 14, 2014 Craig asked Lindsey to spend her life with him in Lindsey’s kitchen while she was covered in Cool-Whip from a Pi Day event at her school.
