In fact, a quick Google Trends search of the past 10 years shows that, indeed, the mason jar wedding may have reached its peak in the summer of 2013 and has slowly declined since then.
That doesn’t stop us from taking a look at this seemingly staple wedding decor item: the humble mason jar.

It seems that with mason jars comes an expectation of fireflies buzzing around in the night sky.
