12 All in One Wedding Invitations to Save You Time & Money
We may be just a little biased, but we think choosing a stationery suite is one of the most exciting parts of getting hitched. There are so many romantic designs, so much calligraphy, so much gold-foil. ALL the things.
Of course, not all of us have the time (nor the budget) for ALL the things. The solution? All-in-one wedding invitations! They’re the whole enchilada wrapped in a neat, paper-saving design, and they’re every bit as stylish and beautiful as a traditional invitation suite.
Ready to say “I do” to your dream wedding invitations? We’ll show you a few of these wonderful multi-taskers and answer some of your wedding invitation FAQs!

All in One Wedding Invitations FAQs
Some of the unspoken rules and traditions of wedding etiquette can be difficult to decipher. But you don’t have to figure it all out on your own! Here are some of the most common questions we field about wedding invites.
Most wedding etiquette Jedi say six to eight weeks is suitable. If you send it early, it’s easier to forget about. If you send it too late, your guests may not have time to prepare.
Whether you’re sending out all-in-one cards or a formal wedding stationery suite, wedding invitations should always include:
-The host(s) names
-A specific request for the recipients’ attendance
-The names of the happy couple
-Date and time of the wedding
-Location of the wedding
-Time and location of the reception
-Suitable attire
When sending an all-in-one card, you’ll probably have a detachable RSVP for your guests to give you a heads up if they’re coming or not.
-A designated space for the guest to fill out their names
-Reply due date
-A “Will Attend” or “Unable to Attend” line or check box
-Entree selection (if applicable)
-It’s not as common, but we really like the idea of having a line on the RSVP for them to fill out their favorite song for the reception.
Two to three weeks before the wedding should give you enough time to follow up with anyone you haven’t heard from yet and get the catering ball rolling. Your caterer will probably need a guest count and meal preferences at least a week before the big day.
Admittedly, these are simplified answers. If you have more questions or would like to learn a little more about wedding invitation etiquette, check out our detailed post here.
Easy peasy, right?
We know – wedding planning seems like a project. Like, a legit we-need-a-Gantt-chart project. But it doesn’t have to be that complicated.
If you can’t enjoy at least some of the process, maybe it’s time to think about cutting some formalities in the name of sanity. All-in-one wedding invitations are a textbook example of one of the ways you can keep it simple – without scrimping on elegance!
