Photographer’s Comments: “A beautiful September wedding at an outdoor chapel and the reception at a country club. Christine and Mike’s elegant, meaningful details, vibrant smiles and energy of the couple’s wedding day can be seen in their photographs, as well as the genuine relationships between the couple and their loved ones. “The groom’s specialty s’more and homemade marshmallow catering company provided lots of “s’more love and smiles” through the end of the evening. “These two met back in August of 2009 at a country music festival with over 50,000 people. Christine went to the concert with her friend, Casey. During the concert, Casey ran into Mike (who she had gone to Concordia Spanish Camp with years before). Casey introduced Christine to Mike. They started dating shortly after. “I still remember when Mike called and asked me for a favor. He had devised a plan to propose to Christine and asked me to capture the moment. I was thrilled! “So in October of 2015, I pretty much stalked this wonderful couple around Mill City Museum and Gold Medal Park while they walked their dog. Near the Stone Arch Bridge, Mike got down on one knee! This man managed to juggle holding their dog’s leash, getting the ring out of his pocket, and popping the question!”
