A Relaxed Elegant Upstate NY Styled Shoot

What an amazing styled shoot in upstate New York. Look carefully, you will see that it is in fact two shoots in one! The dinner portion gives off a romantic and elegant evening for two. The use of wooden deck chairs and beautiful floral arrangements gives a relaxed feel. Scroll further down and you will see that the bride is in a whole new dress and carrying a different bridal bouquet, one with more of an autumn feel. Moreover, they moved to a winery. The shoot took place at the Lincklaen House, which is located in upstate New York. A hotel with a bed and breakfast feel, this turn of the century establishment has had many famous visitor from New York, Philadelphia and Washington. Guests that called Lincklaen House home while on vacation included former President and Mrs. Grover Cleveland, along with John D. Rockefeller. In later years the hotel was known to both stage and screen star performers that were performing in the area. I have only stayed in a couple bed and breakfasts in my life and have hit the jackpot each time. What a great idea to rent out a B&B and not only stay in it, but have your wedding on the grounds too.  Added bonus: no need for transportation!

Photographers Comments “This inspiration shoot took place in the cute little lake town of Cazenovia, New York at 2 different venues, one historic and the other brand new. The Lincklaen House is in the center of the town and Owera Vineyards is Cazenovia’s only vineyard sitting atop a hill overlooking the town and lake. Our couple, Dave and Ashley, are a real couple who are totally in love and actually considered having a justice of the peace marry them at the shoot! We had two different bridal looks and the fabulous Jimmy Choo shoes completely both looks perfectly.”
