“I love flowers, bouquets, and ceiling installations. I love couture gowns, heirloom dresses, and sparkling wedding shoes. I love tipsy, dancing wedding guests, signature cocktails, and confetti exits.
“But in all seriousness, do you want to know the thing that I love running into absolutely more than any other thing on a wedding day?
“NICE PEOPLE.
“Kristin and Austin were super friendly and laidback; so were their parents, their bridal party, their family and their friends. I loved talking with Kristin’s mother while I was photographing her personal details that morning (and having an actual conversation, rather than simply lght banter).
“I loved that Austin told our whole studio the story of how he met Kristin, while he nervously sipped on water while waiting on the First Look in our studio garden.
“And I loved how Kristin (at the very end of the evening, after her grand sendoff through bubbles floating in the air), wrapped me in a huge hug and gave the most genuine thank you I can remember receiving. Seriously, the couple’s friendliness made me smile all day long, and THAT is my very thing about a wedding day.
“This isn’t to say that Kristin and Austin’s Pensacola wedding wasn’t gorgeous – it was. The colors were an unusual combination of royal blue and spring pinks and yellows, and the combination was happy and classy. Fiore’s florals were natural and felt like spring-time.
“As usual, Paul with P.S. Weddings kept the day running smoothly and on time, and the guests danced as hard as any guests I’ve had the chance to photograph.
