This simple fall wedding at Nestldown is probably one of my favorites for this wedding venue. I love being able to look at 6 different weddings at the exact same location to see the different elements and nuances. Whether its the colors, styles, personal touches or how the bride and groom brought their vision to life.
L&L has featured many weddings at Nestldown – a beautiful wedding venue in the California Redwoods. The venue gives off a whimsical feel, especially the steps surrounded by ferns that lead down to the ceremony. It looks like a great place for both an outdoor ceremony and/or reception.

Bride’s Comments “November 2nd of 2013 truly was the most beautiful experience of my life. I remember I could barely sleep the night before; my fairy tale was about to come true in a few short hours. I had dreamed about this day since I was a little girl and it had finally arrived. “The next morning as the glam squad arrived, so did my lovely videographers, Ric and Rose and my photographer Danielle. I didn’t feel nearly as nervous as I had imagined. As I slipped into my dream dress and my mother’s pearls I remember smiling. I had never been so happy as I was at that moment. I was about to marry my very best friend in this a dream setting.” “From the towering redwoods to the stunning flower arrangements and all of my family and friends gathering in one place, it was perfect. I had been planning this moment for over a year. I had the help from some amazing folks. I wanted the ambiance to feel old fashioned, everything from the lace dress to the flowers. “I truly feel that I couldn’t have picked better vendors. They made my vision appear right before my very eyes and for that, I will forever be grateful. My special day was made possible because of all of you!”
