Photographer Comments: “We traveled to over the weekend for Madelene & Logan’s beautiful brunch wedding at The Old Mill Farm!! It was an early morning road trip, beginning at 2:00am! “We made our way to Abingdon, VA to meet up with Dale & Rebecca Edwards from Edwards Photography for what was sure to be another fun adventure!! After picking them up, we traveled to a small community called Moneta, VA which is situated on the border of Smith Mountain Lake. “Moneta has such a quaint, sleepy feel to it! We got the feeling that life here was refreshing and relaxing! “Before we reached Logan’s parents house on the lake where we were to begin the day with details and getting ready photos, we made a stop at he Duck In deli where we were wowed by their delicious breakfast biscuits!! “After some pre-ceremony photos, we headed over to to The Old Mill Farm where Madelene & Logan shared a First Look!! Logan shared a letter with Madelene and Madelene gave Logan a journal she had been writing to him since high school! “It was a beautiful day with a pleasant mix of blue sky and clouds! There was a very nice breeze during the ceremony and reception. “As the day went on and speeches took place, it was even more apparent that everyone knew Madelene & Logan were perfect for one another! The rest of the day was spent documenting so many special moments as they promised to love one another forever.”Gallery
