Grecian Styled Shoot
Who doesn’t like a beautiful Grecian styled shoot? I love the stars hanging over the food table (they remind me of the stars from this shoot) and the beautiful floral centerpiece!
Here is what Paloma Lisa Photography said about the shoot:
“Our goal was an eclectic mix of inspirational elements without it being too overboard in any direction- a hint of Grecian without it being too kitschy, a little magical without being a Disney movie, and a little celestial without feeling like a Science Fair. The color palette was warm peaches+golds, with a crisp Cobalt blue. We loved the idea of keeping it very “local” when it came to vendors, everyone works within San Diego County, and the cake was from a VG’s- a local fave when it comes to baked goods. We also wanted to show a fresh take on Whimsical/Rustic without using Mason Jars 😉 We shot in a couple of different fields between homes in the Questhaven neighborhood of Elfin Forest, a small area in North San Diego County.”
Our DIY projects: the star “chandelier” over the savory table, the grecian columns/savory table itself, and the stars we hung on the sweetheart table chairs. Brittan also added a vintage gold rope to the Bride’s dress (which was her original wedding dress almost 5 years ago) to give it new life and make it a little more cohesive with the theme. I also created a crescent moon for the final shot of the day out of foam board and spray paint.

Meredith
Despite her dreamy wedding blogger lifestyle, Meredith's day job is running ClassicVeils.com and a full-time mom to an active toddler. If she could, Meredith would spend her days taking cruises, helping animals in need, and watching Big Brother!
