DIY and Eco-Friendly Wedding in Mustard Yellow
What a fun week we are having on Love and Lavender. We have a fabulous wedding to share with you today! Jackie and Brandon had a laid back, intimate, DIY and eco-friendly wedding full of personal details that we are crazy about! What’s even more awesome about his wedding (I know it’s hard to believe it could get better) is that they got a $1000 worth of wedding supplies through giveaways! They scored big with winning everything from stationary and hair accessories to flowers and signs (we are super impressed)!

DIY and Eco-Friendly Wedding Projects
From Jackie: “Pinwheel bouquets, boutonnières, and the pinwheel wreath were courtesy of my crafty bridesmaid. I made our table numbers, tissue paper poms, chalkboard drink menu, and chalkboard program. Wine bottle centerpieces, thrifted milk glass & vintage cake plates, plantable place cards that doubled as favors, eco-friendly invites, and lemon aisle décor were our way of keeping it green.”
What was the most memorable moment of your wedding day?
“An unusual cold/stormy front came through the day of our wedding causing the weather to drop 20 degrees below average – putting us at 55. That’s quite chilly for us Arizona folks. I was a sad panda. Luckily, the rain ceased just as the ceremony began. As we began our vows the sun started to peek out in a spotlight manner right on me! It’s rays were warm and a magical/heavenly feeling was immediately cast upon everyone that was there. A moment I will never forget.”

Despite her dreamy wedding blogger lifestyle, Meredith's day job is running ClassicVeils.com and a full-time mom to an active toddler. If she could, Meredith would spend her days taking cruises, helping animals in need, and watching Big Brother!
