She was very pleased as well of the entire ambiance as well as the amazing customer service. Highly recommend for anyone to go to! **UPDATE: After going back to pickup my mom’s ring after repair, the band broke on the side, so beautifully repaired that unless you knew where the break was you’d never find it. I wish I had a before picture for comparison, only the after. Again highly recommend going here for jewelry repair. If I was ever going to buy jewelry this is where I’d go.
