in the last weekNeeded to fix my fiancées pearl necklace because the silk string holding them together snapped. Decided to use Christopher Fine Diamonds for their pearl necklace repair. Staff was very friendly when I go there, got me taken care of quickly instead of having to wait awhile. Said it would take 2 weeks to have the necklace ready to go, but it actually only took a week. When I came in for pickup, the gentleman who helped me the previous week was there and remembered my last name without me even saying anything which I found impressive. The new silk strand after repair is strung in such a way that there is now a knot between each pearl to keep the pearls from all falling out if a break ever happened again, and it looks really nice! Pricing also seems reasonable the work I was requesting.
