a week agoI had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress here. Victorina and Synthia were SO helpful and engaging. They were very personable and I had a lot of fun chatting with them throughout my appointment. I told them about the look I was going for and they pulled great dresses. It made it hard to choose! I also liked how they helped me get into the dresses and gave their feedback on veil lengths, silhouettes, materials, and etc. I've gone to another bridal salon that was more "posh" looking and the service was so lackluster in comparison. Everyone I've had contact with at Elegant Lace Bridal has always been polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking out Elegant Lace Bridal. The atmosphere is more casual but the service is excellent and there are tons of options you can browse through in store.

a month agoFirst place I went dress shopping and it was such a great experience. Maria was incredibly sweet and patient, and I never felt rushed or pressured at all. The team genuinely wanted to help me find a dress I loved within my budget, while still encouraging me to try on anything and everything I was curious about. They were thoughtful about pulling additional styles based on what I liked and made the whole experience feel fun and stress-free. Everyone was so kind and genuine, it’s really clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend going and checking it out! Call or make an appt online. :)

a month agoMy Consultant Synthia was simply amazing! She was so welcoming and asked all the right questions within minutes she had a few dresses for me to try on! I love each and everyone of them! It was so hard but finally picked my Dress. I felt like a total Barbie on my special day! Synthia is def your go to girl! Thank you for making this possible.

2 months agoIf I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I went to a well known bridal shop in the area and I left in tears after paying so much just for the appointment and leaving with nothing due to their negligence. I ended up calling Elegant Lace Bridals in tears because today was the only day my entourage and I could get and it was my birthday as well. Maria answered the phone and told us to come on in and she would help us.. and BOY DID SHE! The whole store and staff were WONDERFUL! I found my dream dress and I can’t wait to work with them when the dress comes in. Maria and staff, Thank you for turning my day around and making it memorable

2 months agoHello everyone I wanted to leave a review for elegant lace bridal ❤️ everyone was so amazing in there specially casi she help me so much with trying all the dresses and helping me bring so many beautiful dresses and very respectful and understanding and just being there to help with the whole process to go smooth and finally pick my dress and said yess ❤️ synthia also help us with the whole process making everything smooth and very respectful and very sweet and nice. I recommend to go there and look at there beautiful dresses they have amazing variety of dresses and trust me it was so hard to pick a dress because all of them where beautiful ❤️ this is the place to go and make a appointment and get your dress 🤗 . I will never forget this because they made me feel so amazing and I’m glad I got my dress here thank you so much again for all the amazing help I got. I can’t wait to get my dress 🤗 I wish I can give 100 stars 🤗
