Synthia is very knowledgeable about materials, cuts, body types, sizing, pricing - pretty much everything you need. She is so warm, kind, clearly loves what she does, and took time to get to know what I liked and had excellent recommendations. I would definitely recommend coming here to shop for your wedding dress.

a week agoIf I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I went to a well known bridal shop in the area and I left in tears after paying so much just for the appointment and leaving with nothing due to their negligence. I ended up calling Elegant Lace Bridals in tears because today was the only day my entourage and I could get and it was my birthday as well. Maria answered the phone and told us to come on in and she would help us.. and BOY DID SHE! The whole store and staff were WONDERFUL! I found my dream dress and I can’t wait to work with them when the dress comes in. Maria and staff, Thank you for turning my day around and making it memorable

2 weeks agoHello everyone I wanted to leave a review for elegant lace bridal ❤️ everyone was so amazing in there specially casi she help me so much with trying all the dresses and helping me bring so many beautiful dresses and very respectful and understanding and just being there to help with the whole process to go smooth and finally pick my dress and said yess ❤️ synthia also help us with the whole process making everything smooth and very respectful and very sweet and nice. I recommend to go there and look at there beautiful dresses they have amazing variety of dresses and trust me it was so hard to pick a dress because all of them where beautiful ❤️ this is the place to go and make a appointment and get your dress 🤗 . I will never forget this because they made me feel so amazing and I’m glad I got my dress here thank you so much again for all the amazing help I got. I can’t wait to get my dress 🤗 I wish I can give 100 stars 🤗

3 weeks agoEntered the store with hopes of finding a dress for a formal event. I wasn’t even greeted with a welcome in much less a can we help you? Customer service really lacks much to be desired. I am a worldly traveler and wanted to give a local shop my business. Very disappointing.

a month agoI had the best experience here! Maria was so great, she really helped me pick the beat dress for me and pinned them all just right to make me look great. Before this I had been to 2 different bridal boutiques but never had much luck, everything I tried was either bad or just alright. But when I went here, Maria was able to find me almost a dozen dresses that were in my budget and all looked amazing. I felt like almost any of the dresses could be a great choice, but after 3 re-tries we narrowed it down to the perfect choice. This was such a fun experience, we brought champagne and my friends and family and I had such a fun time deciding. I’m so glad I got to have this experience as a bride, my whole group loved it.
