Lauren and Graham had a beautiful, vintage, backyard-feeling wedding with tons of DIY details (which is right up our alley)! They also had the fabulous photographer, Megan Ann Photography, behind the lens at their special day!
Bride’s Comments: “Our vintage inspired wedding was put together borrowing pieces and heirlooms from my grandmothers and mom, who collect beautiful figurines and pottery as well as hitting the local antique stores and thrift stores to start my own collection of pretty little things.
“My talented mother came up with all the sweet crafty touches from the men’s key boutonnieres to the amazing bridesmaid dresses made from vintage patterns. My grandmother made the toil table runners for all twelve vintage inspired tables and my dad created an amazing vintage photo booth set up! I made my flower girls tutu and my sister and friend helped me make program fans and the invitations.
“Every part of our wedding was a labor of love I could not have done it with out our amazing family and friends! Everyone said they felt at home and inspired by our homemade love that we poured into our special day! Our Sunday kind of love wedding was perfect from start to finish from the sweet loving ceremony to the fun photo booth and our amazing family band that kept the party going!
“Our wedding truly celebrated our sweet loving relationship and I would not have changed a thing except to make the sweet moments last longer!”

October 18, 2011 at 12:51 pmKara- The boutonierres were handmade by Lauren’s mom.
Jen – Laurens dad built the photo booth and we used a new polaroid camera. We got a nice crafty book that people would put their pictures in and then write something to us in the same place. I still look through it every other day and can’t get rid of my smile.
Overall it was an incredible and lighthearted experience with Friends and Family at a beautiful venue. We had more fun than we ever thought possible with our family playing music and hand-picking and crafting every detail to lead up to and decorate the event. Megan Ann Photography was fantastic and we now have an incredible collection of photographs to remember the day by.
