a week agoEven with an appointment the bride made for us bridesmaids, we were not given proper treatment. They did not measure us. They did not help us. They also claim to be plus size friendly which is something the bride confirmed over the phone and this was not the case. One of the first few words the “consultant” said to a member of the group was “the dresses won’t fit, just try anyways”. Unbelievably rude. Last thing we were not being communicated with at all. Our “consultant” made us feel very unwelcome, we just left. Thanks for helping with nothing. We got great at Trudys

a week agoAfter many wedding dress try-ons and shopping at various bridal stores. Elegant Lace was honestly my favorite. All their staff is welcoming and attentive. My person was Synthia, she demonstrated knowledge in all bridal. She was patient and supportive throughout the whole process. I think a big reason for staying with this store and saying yes to the dress here was of how comfortable she made me feel. She is straight forward and honest but also very professional and supportive. A big shout out to Synthia!

a month agoI am beyond impressed by the services provided at Elegant Lace Bridal. Kathleen C made the process so smooth as finding the dress is not as easy and is quite stressful on it's own. She asked what I was looking for and respected the budget I had, which was not my experience at other bridal stores I checked out. I also want to mention how the turn-around time for some dresses are quick compared to other shops. I ended up returning and saying yes to the dress just last weekend and I cannot wait for it to come in. Beyond satisfied with my experience here.

a month agoI had such a wonderful time wedding dress shopping here! Victorina is the absolute BEST! She’s the sweetest bridal dress consultant I’ve had. She brought so many options, listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and didn’t pressure me if I was hesitant at all. I will recommend this store to all my friends!
