2 weeks agoI am beyond impressed by the services provided at Elegant Lace Bridal. Kathleen C made the process so smooth as finding the dress is not as easy and is quite stressful on it's own. She asked what I was looking for and respected the budget I had, which was not my experience at other bridal stores I checked out. I also want to mention how the turn-around time for some dresses are quick compared to other shops. I ended up returning and saying yes to the dress just last weekend and I cannot wait for it to come in. Beyond satisfied with my experience here.

She brought so many options, listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and didn’t pressure me if I was hesitant at all. I will recommend this store to all my friends!

a month agoThis is the place to visit! This team of stylists are so knowledgeable. My friend and I had no idea where to start for her dress search: which style, bridal sizing, and alteration advice. Since her wedding is just around the corner they helped us shop off of the rack, with plenty of options! They also worked around our budget. Incredible wedding dress shop. I want to get married again, just so I can pickup one of their beautiful gowns! 💖

a month agoI had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress here. Victorina and Synthia were SO helpful and engaging. They were very personable and I had a lot of fun chatting with them throughout my appointment. I told them about the look I was going for and they pulled great dresses. It made it hard to choose! I also liked how they helped me get into the dresses and gave their feedback on veil lengths, silhouettes, materials, and etc. I've gone to another bridal salon that was more "posh" looking and the service was so lackluster in comparison. Everyone I've had contact with at Elegant Lace Bridal has always been polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking out Elegant Lace Bridal. The atmosphere is more casual but the service is excellent and there are tons of options you can browse through in store.

2 months agoFirst place I went dress shopping and it was such a great experience. Maria was incredibly sweet and patient, and I never felt rushed or pressured at all. The team genuinely wanted to help me find a dress I loved within my budget, while still encouraging me to try on anything and everything I was curious about. They were thoughtful about pulling additional styles based on what I liked and made the whole experience feel fun and stress-free. Everyone was so kind and genuine, it’s really clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend going and checking it out! Call or make an appt online. :)
