Today we’re sharing a gorgeous Wedding at Sonoma County Ranch. The photos were captured by Lianne Milton; the flowers, design, and styling were done by Rachel of Finch & Thistle Event Design, who sent us the details of the special day.

Jenny and Jeff’s wedding took place on the bride’s grandmother’s 350 acre ranch in Sonoma County, just outside of Healdsburg. The ceremony was held on the lawn of the caretaker’s cottage overlooking fields ripe with hay and emerald vineyards lining the hillsides in all directions. White flags rippled in the wind, lace patterned lanterns danced from the tree branches and the sun beat down on a crowd anxious to witness the marriage of this long-time couple (11 years) at last.

Jenny’s bouquet was composed of dahlias, scabiosa, lisianthus, David Austin roses, dusty miller, and more.

Guests found their table assignments from escort cards clipped onto wire along with pictures of Jenny and Jeff’s families.

The reception area was decorated with fabric covered saddles, cafe lights, and papel picado flags personalized with the bride and groom’s names.

The reception tables were covered in taupe linens and vintage doilies. The floral centerpieces were arranged in mason jars and milk glass and accented with wild turkey feathers collected on the ranch. The napkins were held together with kraft paper napkin rings. Small pots of local honey sat at each place setting as favors, with little tags that read, “thanks for bee-ing here!”

Isn’t the back of Jenny’s dress pretty? It’s a Nicole Miller dress she found on Craigslist!

The location is absolutely stunning, and the wedding just kept getting better! The floral arrangements were gorgeous, and I love that she bought her gown on Craigslist!
