Luke & Sarah are absolute dream clients to us! We first connected with them via social media and immediately felt the stars aligning for us to work together. These two are from London and decided to have their wedding just 30 minutes from there, in the english countryside.
Our jaws may have literally dropped when we saw the gorgeous venue that we would get to visit in person but the fact that we got to see such a pretty place with this amazing couple was the real blessing.
From the very beginning of working with Luke & Sarah, they made sure that we knew how appreciative they were that we were traveling to London for their special day. All we could think was how thankful we were to have found clients who truly cared about our comfort and wellbeing. The feeling is absolutely mutual!
Luke & Sarah have no freaking clue how cool they are, but we were drooling over every (beautifully spoken, British accented) word they spoke!
They even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at our hotel with plenty of helpful instructions (and even bus cards) for us to use to get around. Words can’t describe how grateful we are for their generosity!
We obviously had a ton of fun while visiting London, however our true joy was getting to witness this gorgeous day and document these memories for our new English friends!
Lillibrooke Manor blew us away from the start! We pulled up to this long driveway lined with trees and not a car or person in sight. It was like being dropped off in a fairytale.
We adored the green pastures and the rustic vibe. It felt as if we were in the middle of nowhere. We had so much fun wandering the grounds, snapping pictures, and imagining all the history this place must of seen.
We petted the horses and gazed up at private planes soaring over our heads. We scouted around the english gardens and searched through each individual cottage on the property.
Being able to explore the grounds and greet the venue this way made us feel so inspired right from the get-go. It was a wonderful way to set the tone for the remainder of the wedding and the photographs we would later capture for Luke & Sarah.
I was completely smitten over the adorable bridal cottage that Sarah and her three bridesmaids got ready in. White walls, a big window, and a barn door. I don’t think a bridal suite can be more charming than that!
The ceremony spot was just as lovely. We couldn’t get over the whole style of this place and every corner we turned was another spot to explore.
Sarah was beaming when she saw Luke for the first time and Luke never stopped smiling. These two are completely perfect for one another and everyone who knows them would agree!
Witnessing Luke & Sarah get married was such a delight that everyone was cheering before it was time. Even Luke was bursting with excitement and ready to run back down the aisle with Sarah by his side. We LOVED photographing every moment of this special day.
Our favorite part is always the one-on-one’s with the bride and groom. It is such a wonderful chance to let the couple ‘be’ together and have a little alone time before heading off to celebrate with their friends and family. These moments created with Luke & Sarah are some of our favorites to date. They were immediately at ease being in front of our cameras and trusted us completely!
We love how absolutely giddy these two are around each other. It is so obvious that they bring out the very best in one another. We loved showing them around a few uncharted places at their venue and had the best time documenting their excitement.
We can’t thank them enough for having complete faith in us, and allowing us to really be creative. We told you these two are amazing!
