An intimate backyard wedding in Palo Alto that reminds me a lot of my engagement party held for my (now) husband and I in my childhood home. It was a beautiful hot summer day, lanterns hung high, white hydrangeas, white tents and passed hors d’oeuvres. It was a memorable upscale backyard party, that should become a yearly tradition! In any event, this wedding was also held at the bride’s childhood home making the venue meaningful and significant. Also, there is no venue rental fee which is a win-win for everyone.

The bride’s mom did most of the flower arrangements and the reception was held underneath a beautiful tent in the family’s backyard. Their closest family and friends surrounded them with love and it was such an incredible day.”
