Wedding Story
From the photographers: “When Brynn first contacted us about photographing her Odiorne State Park wedding on the Seacoast in NH, we were instantly excited! She had such enthusiasm for our style of romantic and Anthropologie inspired wedding photography, we knew we would be a great fit. Brynn and AJ are also artists, so we were flattered that they chose us to document such an important day.”
The Venue “Odiorne State Park is also home to the Seacoast Science Center, where Brynn and AJ got ready for the day. This venue seemed perfect for an outdoor summer wedding. It had ocean breezes and a simple tented reception by the water.”
The Wedding “There was so much beauty to capture at this wedding–the majestic coastal scenery, this lovely bride and groom, and wedding guests who all seemed overjoyed at the vision of AJ and Brynn as husband and wife. We loved all of the amazing backdrops for the dress and shoes, andyYou can’t beat live fish and vintage style drawings of divers everywhere!”
The Stationery “Brynn hand drew the ceremony program, and we loved all of the different ways that seashells were used in the wedding. From the escort card table to the cake topper, this beachy wedding was just perfect.”
From the bride: “AJ and I met on the beach! AJ was surfing and I was sunbathing with my friends he asked us to watch his surfboard while he paid his meter and we started talking about art as I was in Art school at the time and AJ is also an artist. We got engaged 5 years later on Christmas Eve at our family Christmas party. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere other than by the sea!
I highly suggest it as the photos and overall feeling of summer romance surrounds you and your guests!
“My advice for planning a beach wedding is not to worry too much about the weather. We agonized over it for weeks leading up to the wedding. Every weather report said it was going to rain and thunderstorm but there wasn’t a drop of rain and the weather, although hot, was perfect!
“Our favorite part of the day was having everyone we love under one tent! Seeing family and friends come together to celebrate our love was overwhelming and being on the edge of the ocean was the most beautiful backdrop. As the sun set we had the most beautiful thunderhead clouds roll over the ocean that would light up with lightening. You really can’t beat the natural beauty of an outdoor wedding!” Save Save
