What We Love

  • Love the giant wine bottle as an alternative wedding guest book. In fact, Love & Lavender did the same thing for our wedding!
  • A dog’s gotta look good for the big day – tux and a tutu!
  • Burgundy dahlias and grapes accent this four tiered wedding cake. Using a vintage wood box and wine barrel as a cake stand provides a dramatic DIY look.
  • Wait, does that wine cork dessert card say, ‘Lavender sweet cream with berries’?  Mmmmm … I’ll take two please!
  • No self respecting backyard DIY wedding is complete without a good (mega) sparkler sendoff!

Photographer’s Remarks: “Brittany and Jason’s gorgeous wedding in Norco, CA was put together with attention to every detail. The wedding took place in Brittany’s backyard, which was transformed into her perfect wedding venue.

“The amount of construction and landscaping that went into this day is mind blowing! And, most of if was done by her parents.With that much effort put into creating the perfect place to exchange vows, celebrating in formal black tie was the perfect solution.

“Everything about this day, from the hand made love notes that Brittany and Jason made for each and every guest down to the mouth watering food and deserts, was absolutely amazing.”
