Wedding Story

There are so many reasons to love today’s dark purple color wedding, which took place on the bride’s parents’ ranch in Colorado. Christine Farah‘s photography is beautiful, the scenery is gorgeous, and the DIY details are super cute! But most of all, the love between Camille and Adam really shines through.

“Some called it a crush, puppy love and high school sweethearts. We call it first love; only love, true love and last love. We didn’t take the path most traveled or the easiest but it was the long road that fate led us on. Our wedding was ten years, three proms, eleven college formals, four graduations, three moves, four jobs and 3,719 days in the making—every day was better than the last and we couldn’t imagine being happier. Our wedding was truly ours and the weekend was filled with an overwhelming amount of love, laughter, friendship, support and lots of vino!”

The bridesmaids wore dark purple wedding dresses from J.Crew. We love their yellow shoes too! The gorgeous flowers were the work of Bloom in Breckenridge, CO.

Lavender seeds, that were in super cute bags from Kids at Heart, were thrown at the bride and groom when they exited the church.

Camille and Adam made many of the details themselves. The ceremony programs, placecards, and menus were all hand stamped to coordinate with the invitations. They also stenciled vintage postcards for the table numbers and cut the log menu and place card holders.

They also cut and painted the wood sign that read, Eat, Drink and Be Married.

And they had s’mores! Any wedding with s’mores is a wedding we want to attend!

Congrats Camille and Adam! Click here to see more of their wedding on Christine’s blog.

Simple, elegant, and unique. The Rocky Mountains backdrop was the perfect setting for this rustic, eco-conscious, event. So many creative, memorable details. So happy to be a part of it. Congrats and Best Wishes to my niece, Camille, and her soul mate, Adam, for a long, and happy life together. <3

The bridesmaid’s yellow shoes are too cool. I love how they mixed it up with the purple dresses. SO stylish.
