Elegant Spanish Garden Estate Wedding

“These two light up around each other like nothing else. Colors sing for me, and I had this incredible moment of seeing Erica and her ladies, in their dreamy blue bridesmaids gowns and flowers- all the same blue that matched the shutters on the windows of the wall behind them, and contrasted so beautifully with the brick of absolute harmony. It made me cry to see something so beautiful.

“Luckily Erica and her ladies were patient with me- standing there while I made a fool of myself! Hearing their heartfelt speeches to each other during their wedding vows- his was earnest, and hilariously frank, and hers was emotional, full of small observations and cosmic connection she felt- also made me tear up.

“This time I wasn’t alone- joined by basically everyone else in the audience- from Aaron’s mom, to the young flower girl- all of us hanging on each word. I’m just happy I was able to keep clicking away, and capturing so much of this day.

“After first meeting Erica & Aaron, and getting one of Erica’s mom’s famous hugs, I was excited about their wedding vision- ethereal, natural, with soft details surrounded by the lovely historic Spanish architecture of Casa Feliz, which reminded her of her New Orleans roots.

“After their incredible sunrise engagement session at Cocoa Beach,  I knew these two had found an incredible match in each other. Everything was a perfect reflection of these two- from getting ready at the Alfond Inn, to the flower filled, candlelit reception dinner in the courtyard, to the Mardi Gras inspired masquerade parade exit that spirited them off into the night!

“This day was an absolute dream to photograph for me, and it would not have been possible without Erica sharing her wedding dream with our tribe of Winter Park wedding vendors.”
