Crooked Willow Farms Barn Wedding

Katy and Corey couldn’t have picked a more beautiful spot to start the rest of their lives together. They married in the middle of August at the breathtaking Crooked Willow Farms located in Larkspur, Colorado. The sprawling venue boasted a large 1920s red barn, with a second story loft, the perfect spot for the couple to give their photos a little more color, a wine room, a pond and an adorable courtyard. They couldn’t have asked for more!

Katy looked stunning in her strapless, sweetheart dress, with its lace bodice and flowing A-line skirt that tapered into a short train, topped with a dainty hair piece and silver shoes, she glowed on her special day. Her bridesmaids wore blush, floral, floor length dresses and Corey and his groomsmen sported blue slacks and vest with a tie and white shirt. Nothing was more beautiful than when Corey saw Katy for the first time at their special “first look” in the venue’s courtyard, everything came together at that moment.

Their ceremony was perfect with the lush green nature and mountains in the background accompanied by simple, yet elegant flowers wrapped around their trellis, it was a truly magical setting. Their flowers were a gorgeous mix of burgundy, blush and a soft orange, complimented by muted greens, wrapped in a blush ribbon—those same colors could be found strewn throughout their entire reception. The twinkle lights in the outdoor dance area lent a hand to creating a truly magical evening for the newly minted couple. Their day was only made better by sharing it with all of their loved ones, who sent them off as a newly married couple with bubbles, lots and lots of bubbles!
