Photographer’s Comments: “Lisa and Brandon are pretty much perfect. Separately, they are each super-duper nice, friendly, thoughtful, and kind. On the morning of their wedding, they both were full of nervous energy that manifested in attention to detail and a lot of laughter.
“Lisa and her bridesmaids spent the morning giggling while having their hair and makeup done, and I love the cute chalkboards that each bridesmaid filled out stating where they first met the bride.
“Brandon and his groomsmen were relaxed and funny. I mean, he spent the hour before the wedding munching on Chick-Fil-A – how much more Southern can we get?
“Their ceremony was full of tears and laughter, and it isn’t as though one of the cried while the other laughed; both Lisa and Brandon showed the full range of emotions, and I spotted more than a few guests brought to tears. This ended up being the theme of the day.
“Throughout the reception, the overwhelming sense was how strongly Lisa and Brandon loved each other and couldn’t wait to spend their lives together. They quietly held hands under the table during the toasts, wiped each other’s tears, and delighted in surprising each other’s grandparents with a special gift during the sweetest anniversary dance.
“Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Luke, the sweetest young golden retriever you can imagine! Lisa had told me how special their pup was to the couple, and was disappointed that there was no way to include him the day. Brandon enlisted the help of family and friends, and there was Luke, wagging his whole body, waiting for Lisa as the couple exited the church right after being pronounced husband and wife.”
