L&L Remarks
I am not a huge fan of the celestial theme because it reminds me of a phase my mom went through in the early 90’s when everything was celestial: table clothes, candles, vases, and even matching navy blue walls. Purple can be an overwhleming color to choose for a wedding. However, the following celestial themed wedding is subtle enough without going over board. The purple ribbon with white baby’s breath and grey bridesmaids dresses are well matched. Also, I absolutely love the stunning giant manzanita tree with crystals and candles they used for the place card table centerpiece.
I would like to see more of this opulent wedding venue – the Mansion at Natirar in Peapack, NJ. We get to see glimpses of the rooms and fabulous architecture of an old 19th century estate that was recently owned by the King of Morocco and is now leased to the billionaire Sir Richard Branson. I can only imagine the decor, furnishings, and rooms that exude elegance in this fantastic looking wedding venue. I suppose I am biased due to my recent nuptuals held at a Manor House.
This wedding has some great ideas if you have your heart set on a purple and celestial themed wedding.
What an elegant celebration. While the tree is a standout, I can’t stop looking at the baby’s breath in the purple vases, such a simple, beautiful detail.
