Photographer’s Comments: “I got to head north to my old stomping grounds of Los Angeles for Sammi + Casey’s Santa Monica wedding!

“Accompanied by their sweet pup, they sealed the marriage deal at beautiful Palisades Park overlooking the ocean. This was their favorite moment, “I couldn’t stop staring down the aisle at Casey. With all the other hoopla, that was the reminder of what we were there for – to become husband and wife!”.

“They chose this spot in Santa Monica because it had so much meaning for them. The wedding ceremony venue was an easy choice because it was a park that they frequently visit, and it felt nice to be in a familiar place to share such a beautiful park with family and friends.

“These babes got ready at the CUTEST AirBnB with their awesome friends and family. I mean seriously, I was ready for their whole crew to just adopt me. I was beyond obsessed with Sammi’s Rime Arodaky dress, it was incredibly unique and romantic.

“After their ceremony, we traveled over to the Viceroy Santa Monica for the tastiest dinner I’ve ever had and RAGING on the dance floor!! Ice cream and cake (my ultimate favorite) were abundant and it was basically the best day ever.

“Sammi + Casey’s advice to brides planning their wedding is to pick a few things to focus on that you really care about. With a wedding there are so many details and small things and if you try to control everything you will be so overwhelmed. They focused on dessert and music selection by working very closely with the DJ. They let everything else fall into place.”
