Wedding Story
Photographer’s Comments: “It’s so amazing how God places the right people in our lives at the right time. This was so true for Sydney and Conner who met from a mutual friend from high school.”
“Sydney and Conner had a romantic modern inspired wedding at the Estate at New Albany in New Albany, Ohio. Soft Neutral pastels, natural greenery, and gold accents were the inspiration for Sydney’s elegant wedding.
“When you first entered the estate, you were greeted by a warm candlelit fireplace. A cozy neutral seating area surrounded by loose muted blush floral arrangements welcomes the guests. To the right, a large canvas seating chart escorted the guests to their seats. The reception hall was filled with soft florals, gold candles, and pictures of the love legacies that came before this sweet couple.
“Sydney was a stunning bride wearing a classic Essence of Australia lace gown. With her hair in soft curls, she truly was perfection. The finishing touch was a sheer cathedral veil. Simply stunning!
“The couple shared their first look at the altar where they were going to be married. Standing before the cross, they shared their first look as husband and wife to be. When Conner turned around to see his Bride, tears filled his eyes. These two shared a tight embrace, so ready for the commitment they were going to make to each other. After their first look, they read their vows to one another. It was so intimate, God-filled, and raw. These two are so in love, and their vows made were an honor to witness. There was not a dry eye in the room!
“With a string quartet playing in the background, these two tied the knot in front of close family and friends. It was a beautiful ceremony filled with so much love.
“After the ceremony, guests mingled during cocktail hour while we headed out for pictures! It was a cloudy and cold winter day, but you would never have known! These two braved the weather with ease! We had so much fun taking photos in the hay field and outside the estate.
“The ballroom was flawless. Loose greenery hung from the chandeliers and tall floral centerpieces met your eye everywhere you turned. Soft blush table cloths, gold silverware, and acrylic table numbers were truly the perfect accent for an elegant garden romance. Rosemary springs and hand-torn paper menus were carefully placed at each table seating. The sweetheart table was placed in front of a greenery backdrop with the newlywed couples name inscribed behind them. It was stunning!
“The rest of the day was spent with well-wishes, cake and lots of dancing. Josh Staley Productions kept the dance floor rockin’ the entire night! Conner’s mom had planned a surprise exit for this amazing couple. All of the guests went outside for a grand sparkler exit, but what they didn’t know was a horse-drawn carriage was waiting to take them away! It was the perfect ending to their fairy-tale wedding!”
