In the midst of the gray and rainy weather here in Seattle, this sunny wedding is a spot of joy! Kelley’s inspiration for the day was rustic and vintage things, which she loves. She’s especially fond of mixing beautiful older pieces with more modern finds. Their wedding is a perfect example of that magical mix of old and new!

From Kelley: My favorite moment was, of course, seeing my soon to be husband during our first look!!  It was so sweet, and my butterflies immediately went away when I saw him.  I was so glad to have those photos done before it started raining.  I would encourage all brides who are even considering it, to go for it! It was my favorite part of the whole day!

Definitely my favorite details for the day were the table settings and the gorgeous flowers – all of which was put together by the florist Leah Teague – she was absolutely wonderful!!  She used my vintage finds so well and exceeded my expectations for the day.

My advice for future brides:  cherish those moments leading up to your wedding day, because when the day comes, it will absolutely FLY by!!  It’s almost like you’re in a fog the whole time.  Also take time during the day to be alone together, just the two of you to just sit back and enjoy – even if it’s for 5 minutes – you won’t regret it!
